Terms of Service

1. Agree on the work

An inquiry creates no obligation. Before payment, an authorized shop representative accepts the written scope, schedule and these terms. Email confirmation counts as written agreement. An accepted engagement agreement controls service-specific differences; changes require both parties’ written agreement.

The $3,000 founding audit covers six months of closed repair orders: up to 250 screened, every flagged file with complete records reconciled within that scope, and one closing review. Six months is the lookback, not the delivery time. We identify missing records and their effect on findings or timing.

2. Pay in two steps

• $1,000 deposit after agreement, before work starts. It counts toward the $3,000 total.
• $2,000 balance after delivery of the agreed findings and completion of the closing review.

No subscription or automatic balance charge. Taxes or extra work require advance disclosure and agreement. Bluevine and Stripe process payments.

3. Our completion promise

Report errors or missing agreed work promptly. We correct them at no extra service charge within a reasonable, agreed time. The balance is not due while agreed deliverables remain materially incomplete. If we cannot complete the work, we refund fees attributable to the undelivered portion.

We do not guarantee discrepancies, insurance payments or financial returns. Findings do not establish money owed. This is a repair-file review, not legal advice, a financial-statement audit, public adjusting, debt collection or insurer representation. Your shop decides what action to take.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Either party may cancel by email. Before work starts, we refund the deposit in full. Afterward, we itemize completed work against the agreed scope and refund unearned fees. Cancellation before completion does not make the $2,000 balance due.

We initiate undisputed refunds within 10 business days of cancellation or confirmed noncompletion, and any remaining agreed refund within 10 business days of resolution. A dispute does not delay the undisputed amount. Bank processing may take longer.

5. Records and confidentiality

You retain your records and authorize their use only for the agreed service. Share only records you may lawfully provide; remove unnecessary personal details and keep your originals. Use the private upload link we arrange after agreement, not the inquiry form or ordinary email.

We keep records and findings confidential. Access is limited to authorized people and providers needed for the service, or disclosure required by law. Our Privacy Policy governs handling and deletion. You may use and share paid deliverables for your business; we retain our software and methods.

6. Access and changes

Do not misuse the service or seek unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect records and will explain the effect on active work. Updates do not alter accepted engagements or limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
