A real-file demonstration is arranged with Bobby for one shop and one closed RO. It uses a private, expiring upload link scoped to that shop.

Before a real-file review

  1. Confirm the shop authorizes the review and who may share its documents.
  2. Gather the final shop bill, latest carrier estimate and supplements, actual carrier and customer payment evidence, and any write-offs or adjustments.
  3. Use the private link Bobby provides. Review the shop and RO shown before choosing files.
  4. Check extraction and document roles before treating any result as a finding.
  5. Before preparing a customer packet, verify prior claim correspondence and payment records, then agree who will follow up and how the customer will direct it.

Text PDFs are the most useful starting point. Scans and photos can be stored for manual review; this guest route does not run external AI extraction.
